24 Rounds (After the first ten I began to do the jumping chin-ups, and at round 17 I switched over to the knee push-ups. I had no problem with the squats)
I feel as if I am in decent shape to begin with. I try to eat healthy and have always tried to not be lazy with my daily routines (taking the steps instead of the elevator). I never worked out in the past so this is all new to me. I started to do some exercises for the past month as I searched for a program or a routine to do. Earlier this week I came across this site and it seems to be what I am looking for. I am not looking to lose any weight or get bulging muscles but to simply get fit. I work seven days a week, varying hours a day and because of this I will not be able to do the workouts on a strict schedule but I will be able to do all three days each week.
