lat raise 10 lbs alternating laterally, rear, front, laterally, rear----> 5x20
body rows 5x10 (was going to do sets of 20 but I was struggling to complete 20 reps on first set so did a drop down)
Assisted dips 5x20 (1st 3 were 70 lbs assist, 4th was 80 lbs assist, 5th was 100 lbs assist)
assistance workout turned out to be more of a burnout set than assistance.
