L4D1- 27 rounds (better than i expected) L4D2- 5:58 (should i rest less than 3 minutes between each round?) L4D3- 6:32 pullups(7+2+2+2+2+1+1+1+1+1); pushups(20+6+5+5+5); squats (31+10) D3 was not so bad, the pullups were slightly better! Next week is "rest" week for me (L2).
This week: L4D1- 29 rounds (new P.R.) L4D2- Untimed L4D3- 7:22 (+50s) D3 was frustrating, but i had to do D1 and D2 in two days in a row (tuesday and wednesday), maybe thats why my D3 (friday) was much slower!
