Have fallen off schedule.
Thought I'd attempt level 4 day 3.
Woeful.

20 pullups, 41 pushups, but only had time for 14 squats.

ran out of steam in the pullups early on:
9,5,3,1,1,1 (plus an extra 1 for no apparent reason

Pushups 20, 7, 4, 3,3 then singles to 41.

Back to Level 4 day 1 next time out

Level 4 day 2

Pullups and pushups ok but squats hard work.
Have taken to doing them facing very close to wall to minimise forward leaning.

Reckon I have a few weeks on this level

Nice work!

Another trick to help keep the squats on the heels is to look up a little.

Yeah been doing that too.
It certainly seems to have helped cut down the back pain.

Thanks KTG

Level 4 day 3

But of a botched effort.
By 2 minutes in I was nowhere near completing the pullups. Did.about 12.
For some.reason I had zero strength.
I realised I had no chance of getting anywhere near 5 minutes so stopped.
I reckon my day 2 time will need to come down a lot to even make day 3 worth attempting.

On the plus side-.a few Weeks in and my muscle tone is getting back to what it was back when I was weight training in my younger days - and my 6 pack is back too, not bad for a 39 year old desk jockey.
I reckon this is down to day 1 and the high rounds.

Have missed a few workouts.

I see d3 as part of the routine, rather than just a test for leveling up. But it would be an interesting alternative to just alternate between D1 and D2 and only doing D3 on occasion when you felt ready to take a shot at leveling up. It will be interesting to see how that works if that's how you do it.

Popping out a 6 pack after a couple of months of simplefit is pretty extraordinary. There must have been a pretty good foundation, and you must be eating pretty carefully in general. Great work!
