The d3 pushups really bogged down around #30. I will invest more time in them after d3's timed portion. I did the pull ups 7,7,7,5. Next week I will try 9,9,8 to see if that works. Even if I made the magic 5 minute mark, my pushup endurance is pretty abysmal.
