I completely agree with you, KTG. I've gone to achieve far far more of what I could ever imagine in 7 or so months with SimpleFit. You just need to have the will to keep going.

31th week (Mar 5-9)

L4D1
15 rounds

L4D2
(0'45'', 0'48'', 0'46'', 0'45'', 0'47'')=2'31''

L4D3
5'39''

Notes: Wow, this week my times really fell, hard. So, while trying to have good form on those body rows, I lost track of time and it kinda went overboard. No matter, one more week to go.

32th week (Mar 12-16)

L4D1
15 rounds

L4D2
(0'46'', 0'43'', 0'45'', 0'44'', 0'45'')=2'23''

L4D3
4'22''

Notes: Nice times, really good actually. I'm pretty sure I made all the reps, my form wasn't that garbage (although the last body row reps are, but that's because my arms really can't take them anymore at that stage).

To be honest, I've made a choice to stay on this level for a while, since I'm getting closer to my weight goal and I have to think of ways to mantain my weight instead of keep dropping more and more.

33th week (Mar 19-23)

L4D1
15 rounds

L4D2
(0'45'', 0'46'', 0'44'', 0'44'', 0'44'')=2'23''

L4D3
4'40''

Notes: I don't quite remember why my D3 time went up since last week, I do recall push-ups giving me a hard time.

34th week (Mar 26-30)

L4D1
24 rounds

L4D2
(0'25'', 0'25'', 0'25'', 0'25'', 0'25'')=1'25''

L4D3
1'47''

Notes: My break week, all smooth, all easy.

35th week (Apr 2-6)

Notes: Well, on these week I went to a three day trip, with climbing, trekking and all that included, so I decided to take a break from SimpleFit. As if that wasn't enough, the other two days were spent walking while watching processions (a tradition of my country) around the historic center of my city; all in all, I made quite an amount of excersice, just not SF related.

Great job on Level 4! Congratulations.

Is this still all body rows? Any progress on moving to pull-ups?

Hey KTG! I've tried moving on to pull ups, but I still can't handle many of them unassisted (not even mentioning I still don't have a proper space to make them comfortably) so yes, for the time being I'm still on body rows.

36th week (Apr 9-13)

L4D1
12 rounds

L4D2
(0'46'', 0'46'', 0'46'', 0'48'', 0'48'')=2'34''

L4D3
5'49''

Notes: It seems that either that week off really killed my rythm or that I still haven't fully recovered from the physical effort done during the trip.

37th week (Apr 16-20)

L4D1
16 rounds

L4D2
(0'44'', 0'45'', 0'45'', 0'46'', 0'46'')=2'26''

L4D3
5'30''

Notes: I'm slowly getting back on track, things seem to be flowing smoother this particular week. Let's see how it goes!

38th week (Apr 23-27)

L4D1
15 rounds

L4D2
--

L4D3
1'50''

Notes: Due to some unforeseen modifications in my exercise area, I couldn't do D2 and D3 properly. On D2 I did the standard routine but without body rows; on D3 did 50 push ups and 50 sit ups (hence the low time). Let's see if, by next week, I can get my exercise area back! :)

Keep at it! It doesn't take much space, but having the (minimal) proper set up does make a big difference--both in motivation and execution.

That's right, but for the time being I'm going to change my usual body rows for bicycle crunches; I've been meaning to work a little more on my abdominal area and the changes around here that keep me from setting up my body row bar gives me the perfect opportunity to go for it.

39th week (Apr 30-May 4)

L4D1
15 rounds

L4D2
(0'44'', 0'44'', 0'43'', 0'44'', 0'42'')=2'17''

L4D3
4'38''

Notes: Got my exercise area back! Anyway, I came back with a vengeance and managed to take down L4 this week. L5 coming.

40th week (May 7-11)

L5D1
10 rounds

L5D2
(0'54'', 0'55'', 0'54'', 0'55'', 0'55'')=2'73''

L5D3
7'36''

Notes: Well hello Mr. Level 5! This was harder, a whole lot harder, of what I initially thought it would be. I guess I just need to get used to it and whatnot.
