Attempting workout from Convict conditioning during "rest" day. Wall headstand: 30 sec Knee tuck: 50/50/42, 43rd rep is a failure rep, didn't expected that, over confident I guess Short bridge: 8 reps Slow jog: 1.7km, slow jog, timing not taken.

D1L3: 30 rounds, with 6kg backpack. Totally worn out. First quarter through, felt a slight nausea. After opening up the door, was fine till end. Stop at final 10 seconds countdown.
Convict conditioning on "rest" day: Flat Knee Raises: 35/35/15(target: 35) reps, whole body was shaking during 10th rep of last set. Will be repeating this for next session. Straight bridging: 10 reps. Not very smooth movement/form. Illustrations from the book don't seems feasible. Will try with socks for next session. Headstand without wall support: 60 secs(target: 120 secs). Wrists are still weak I guess. Slow jog: 1.7km, 9:04.
D3L3: with 6kg backpack. (ordered weight vest, it's on its way ) Pullups: 10(~0:30 rest)/4(~0:30 rest)/2 (no rest) Pushups: 33 (no rest) Squats: 33 Time taken: 4:23. Gonna attempt L4 next week. Slow jog: 1.7km, 9:04.
D1L4: 25 rounds, with 7kg backpack. With backpack weight is not really a good idea. Backpack zipper open up involuntarily halfway thru the workout. Had about 1min break to fix back everything. Breathless after completing the 20min rounds. Tried sitting down to rest, but head starts to spin, quickly get up a start pacing around. For a while everything is fine.
