I've been overweight since 12 years old and I've dropped some 6/7kg (13/15lbs) in the last four months by changing my diet to some low carb/paleo.

Ok. Here I am.

Day 2 (L1D2): 3:36 (3 minutes pause)

In the first round I did pullups but with really bad form. So I switched to chinups for the other four... a lot easier.

I was really tired from Day 1 on monday. Tuesday, I went swimming and I did a really poor performance . Yesterday I had to travel for work so I took the day off. Now, after Day 2 it doesn't feel that bad.

I'll go back to pullups for Day 3 on saturday and we'll see how it goes.

Thank you!

Today I swam a broken 2100 meters at slow pace as I'm still a little bit tired.

Day 3 (L1D3): 5:16

Pretty close to the five minutes mark but it was demanding.
And the pullups are the hardest part by far.
I made it in 2 pullups + (3+2+3) chinups.
I also broke the pushups as I knew I couldn't do the 21 straight out without reaching failure.
So it was 8+8+5.
The squats were the easiest part and I made just one set of 21.

Day 4 (L1D1): 21 rounds

Ok, that is 4+ rounds than last week but this time I started doing pullups and changed to chinups on the 9th round.

Day 5 (L1D2): 3:04 (1 minute rest)

Well, I read here and there, saw some videos and changed to neutral grip pull-ups (palms facing each other).
I'll stick with this because I find them easy to do with good form. Easier than pull-ups or chin-ups.

Nice progress! For most of us the pull-ups have been the central challenge. Because of that, I think they are also the greatest glory.

Thank you, ktg!

You're so right. Pull-ups are really demanding for me right now but it feels so good seeing some progress.

Day 6 (L1D1): 3:24

Pull-ups: 5+3+2 Push-ups: 14+7 Squats: 21

Ready for level 2

Day 7 (L2D1): 28 rounds

A lot less rest between rounds and easier than before. I'm not sure why, though.

EDIT: Good news is that the day after I'm tired but not sore at all.

Great job! I expect you'll move right on to L3 and greater pull-up glory.

Thanks for the feedback. Well, I won't deceive you...

Day 9 (L2D3): 4:18
pull-ups: 5+4+4; push-ups: 13+13; squats: 26

Last week when I did L1D3 and it took me 3:24 it felt like too little work. So this time I did it twice. The second time it took me 9:53 with pull-ups: 3+3+3+3+1; push-ups: 10+8+8; squats: 26.

I'll see if I need to do this on L3...

Day 10 (L3D1): 17 rounds

Ok. It was hard. And I'm talking about the pull-ups of course. Now I'm thinking of taking two days off...
