Been lurking for a bit and started the program a few weeks ago. Feeling committed a bit more now with the progress and so I want to motivate myself further by posting the log and keeping track of results and thoughts.
I'm 6'0'', 164 lbs, with a mostly vegetarian diet. No tremendous goals in mind, just improving overall strength, endurance, and fitness.
Is it time to move on to L2? I'm not sure what a good indicator would be aside from the sub-five minute marks on Week 4.
