Height: 6 Feet, 1 Inch
Starting SimpleFit today, on level 1. It's surprisingly difficult but then again, I'm not terribly fit either. If any of you have some advice on whether I should take breaks or any specific nutritional advice, I would gladly appreciate it!
Day 1 / 1st Exc -
14 Rounds, Extremely tired at the 10 minute mark. Minute break at 11:00
Day 2 / 1st Exc -
~6 Minutes, will probably use my laptop to time it next time or just buy a stopwatch, hah.
Day 3 / 1st Exc -
3:55. Week has been pretty spread out just from the soreness. Trying to tighten it up.
