Just finished week number 2. I am sure I could have started at week 3 but with my tendency to hurt myself by overdoing I thought it would be prudent to start on week one and work my way up.
I am 43, M, 206lbs. At my heaviest I was 265. I have been a barefoot runner for years and a paleo practitioner for about a year and a half. I signed onto this program because I wanted to structure my workouts a bit more. I have been a firm believer in bodyweight exercises for years. I have recently been enamored with handstand pushups, planches, ring work and such and aspire to be able to do those things within the year. On top of being able to do those things, I still want to be lighter. I know it is all about what I eat and portion size as well as good calorie burning exercises. I have it all under control except the portions. My lust for chicken gets me every time. Otherwise I eat a good paleo diet.
Below are my stats for the first two weeks. I intend to post regularly.
