30th May
Workout 2 - Day 1 - level 1
6.47 minutes

- Could not get full range of motion in handstand pushups. will work on negatives next time.
- Had trouble with the Pistols as well. Managed to get a full range doing negatives but really strugled to get back up.
- Pull ups are way to easy for this workout. I might try an L pullup next time

June 1st
Week 2 - Day 2 - Level 2
11.47 minutes

- spent a lot of time on technique with onel legged squats. Managed full ROM on a box and almost got some Full squats on the floor.
- L-seat pullups were wicked hard. Could only do a tuck to the chest and i struggled with these.
- dips were limited in motion by my apparatus but didnt feel to bad. Must find chairs with higher backing

Thanks Kevin,
That site is great!

June 5th
Week 2 - day 3 - level 2
6.49 seconds

- One armed pushups are really tough! Did them tonight against a bench and still struggled
- One legged squats are getting easier. Just need to work on balance so that i can do a number in a row without having to regain my balance.
- L-sit chinups a bit easier today

8 June
Week 2 - day 3 - Level 2
11.05

- Managed to do Full L-hang pullups today! only one at a time but very excited about it. Next to get a couple in a row...It feels like you cant go down quite as far as with a normal pull up. Maybe that will change with time.

- One armed pushups were to much once again. I will have to keep working on these as a skill until i get the strength to do them properly

- Pistols are getting much easier. Managed to keep my balance better and get a few going in a row. Still using the box but i am going ass to ankle deep

Schedule enforced rest week. But now back to basics!
21 June
Week 1 - Level 4 - Day 1
20 rounds
Felt my right shoulder really fatigueing towards the end and slight pain so i decided to back off. Still, i am really impressed witht the totals that i racked up in the 20 mins. 80 pushups 40 pull ups! great stuff

P.S.
One arm pull ups!!!??? Thats just crazy...
