That is an incredible 1 week improvement for L4D1. Great job! Given that and your solid times on L4D2, you should be making short work of this level. I'm way impressed.

Well I got under 5 minutes. I videotaped it and wasn't too happy about my form on pull-ups, so I'm going to decide over the weekend whether I actually move up. Push-ups and squats were pretty good, until my daughter crawled through my legs and stole my phone during the video.

I decided to move up to level 5 but just make sure to focus more on form, especially on the pull-ups.
With that in mind I decided to just set the timer, focus on form and not watch the clock.

Took a rest week and am now switching things up a bit with some different bodyweight exercises, but I'll be back on the wagon soon to attack level 5. Diet has been good and I'm down over 8 pounds so far.

Was a few glasses of wine down and late Friday evening before I remembered to do my D3.

1 less than the previous week, but I feel my form continues to improve. Really hoping to beat my D3 time this week.
Diet Goal: My weight loss has stalled/regressed, so it's back to calorie counts this week.
