Level 7 (week #3)
Day 3: 8:58 -> beat last week's time by 4 seconds
Pull-ups: 8, 8, 8, 8, 8
Push-ups: 20, 20, 20, 20
Squats: 40, 40
Finished up this week 4 seconds faster than last week...not a big jump, but at least I'm going in the right direction. Most importantly, I was able to even out my sets a bit instead of burning out by doing a bunch of reps up front and then doing a bunch of 1-2 reps to get to my final count. Technically, the last two sets of pull-ups had a quick (1 to 2 second) break after four pull-ups...I figured that wasn't long enough to count as two sets of 4 and seeing four sets of 8 makes me feel better :)
