That's solid and impressive quick on the pull-ups. You'll be sub 5 next week or the week after.

Week 4 has started, I love this program :D

L3D1 = 23 previous week I had only 16 due to breathing problems, huge improvement.. 14 more pull-ups,21 more push-ups and 35 more squats.
Guess I will hit level 4 this week

00:54 ~ 00:48 (-00:06)
00:58 ~ 00:49 (-00:09)
01:00 ~ 00:49 (-00:11)

00:57 ~ 00:44 (-00:13)
Total: 4:47 ~ 3:58 (-00:49)

...improved mine speed on squats :wink: of course I did them 100% correct

Few days ago I started stairs climbing, because I am not a huge fan of running :D I was too lazy to post it here, but will do from now on :mrgreen:

Congratulations! Great job leveling up! You're smashing through these early levels. L4 may start to challenge you a little more.

This morning I had a strange back pain, so I decided to take a "rest" week...and I did L1D1.
It was a great idea :D



L1D1 = 45 started with this program 1 month ago and mine L1D1 was 26 + I was doing only chin-ups. Today I did 45 pull-ups, 0 negative and 0 chin-ups. Really a huge improvement :D :D

As expected, I'v failed L4D3 = 7:21 :mrgreen:
Finished pull-ups in 2:15
Push-ups were done in 5:02
Squats 7:21

Mine right arm is killing me... I don't know why but I never had any pain in left arm :roll:
