Wow that took forever! Officially out of the funk. Tomorrow I start my first nerd fitness challenge so expect to see me on the reg for the next 6 weeks.
Down almost 30 lbs since starting this pretty excited to say good bye to the next 30.
Pretty sure I can start L1D1 tomorrow with3 incline push ups to 1 regular and 3 of my 35# KB rows for every one pull up. I know I'm being a little irrational, but I'd rather be under 200lbs before I start working on a pull up bar.
I am not new to workout routines but I have been out of it for awhile. I am former Air Force so no problem really motivating myself to workout no a normal basis, I just moved from an apartment with Gym access to a house with no equipment so I wanted to get a routine that was still a good challenge while being light on equipment...
