This morning I had a strange back pain, so I decided to take a "rest" week...and I did L1D1.
It was a great idea :D
L1D1 = 45 started with this program 1 month ago and mine L1D1 was 26 + I was doing only chin-ups. Today I did 45 pull-ups, 0 negative and 0 chin-ups. Really a huge improvement :D :D
