Welp, been pretty lax lately. Been having issues with illness and general lack of routine, but I'm trying to get back into the flow now. Here's the log since I last posted:

7/9/12

C25K W4D3

Brisk five-minute warmup walk, then 2 repetitions of the following:

Jog 3 minutes

Walk 90 seconds

Jog 5 minutes

Walk 2.5 minutes

8/9/12

Brisk five-minute warmup walk, then 3 repetitions of the following:

Jog 5 minutes

Walk 3 minutes

13/9/12

L2D1 28 rounds

I hadn't done any strength training in nearly 2 weeks, so I decided to start level 2 again.

27/9/12

I left another gap, so I started week 5 again.

1/10/12

Tried doing this again, but got a massive stitch and realised I probably hadn't left it long enough since eating, so I only got part way.

6/10/12

Same as above. Decided I wasn't in shape enough and should ratchet it back to week 4.

8/10/12

L2D1 28 rounds

This time I'm sticking with it, for reals. I'm going from level 2 of simplefit and week 4 of C25K. I've been struggling with depression, sleep issues and problems keeping a daily routine going, but I think I'm getting a grip on things now.
