Tabata 8 rounds each exercise 20 seconds on 10 seconds off
Push press 45 lbs
Having come off this illness I thought today I would push myself as much as possible. Unfortunately I can't remember the counts. I believe the score is supposed to be calories burned on row and lowest rep for each exercise but unsure. Anyway, had a problem with ring dips as someone put the latch bar on the strap on backwards and it kept sliding down as I was doing dips, decided to do pushups got two round of that and noticed the advanced guys were doing box dips so joined them on that. The L holds I can't do due to a flexibility issue and core strength so I did knee-up holds first on parallette bars then pullup bar.
Then as a finisher we did 1/4 Angie. Essentially 25 reps of
completed 3:30 but I cheated and failed to do 7 of the pullups. I could have completed them but was intimidated by the fact the other 3 guys were smoking me so hard. Shouldn't have let that get in the way but it did. pretty tough workout overall.
