I was in a quite good shape when I started out here. Now I'm 2 weeks in, finished lvl 2, next week moving to lvl 3.
I was just wondering how long until I will notice muscle gains? I don't need to cut any fat so.. . I I'm pretty sure my stenght increased these, but how long will it take till I see some muscle gains?
Do you have any tips to build better and more faster?
