Back to Level Six
Usually work out Monday Wednesday and Friday, Got about five minutes into it on Monday and quit. Was not going anywhere.
Day One (Tuesday): 23 Rounds Still a tough day Pulled weeds and pollen was a Problem
Day Two ( Thursday): 6 Min 12 sec Still working in the yard and blaming the pollen. Good to have a reason :)
Day Three (Saturday): 4 Min 33 Sec Pull-ups 23 & 9, Push Ups 34, 16, 14, Squats 64
Not a pretty day, think form generally sucked, No wind, I will still blame the weed pollen although I was working in the yard I pulled no weeds today. Prefer blaming the pollen than old age. The pollen will go away.
Think I will do Day one and two at level Seven but will continue to test at Level Six until I can do 32 Pull ups and 64 push ups with out stopping. I think I am improving with the close hand Push ups, and hope I can nail the Pull ups in a week or so.
