Hey, I am currently at level five and I feel like I'm not really going anywhere. I feel like I'm stuck and it seems to get even a bit harder for some reason (I do take the rest weeks etc).
I have written my records each time and also looked in the mirror :roll: My muscles became noticeable and are somewhat stronger (especially my back) yet I don't feel like I manage to push it further.
I think about switching out of Simplefit for a bit for perhaps, a rather "normal" program for a couple of weeks, in order to 'shock' my body for further gains.
Are there any opinions regarding this? I think about keeping Day 1 though, because I truly like it.
If you guys can share some of your experience and advices, please go ahead because I think I need them :)
