Week 20 (Week 11 of L3) ending 10/3/13
L3D1: 32rds (10 seconds over 20m), L3D2: 05:45, L3D3: 05:29
I continued to do bigger sets to prepare for future levels. I tried to do more number of reps in the first set. It worked for pullups. But I got more tired than expected by the push ups.
Pull ups: 34, something, something
Push ups: 17, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 or something like that
Squats: continous

I was very disappointed with the D3 time. I thought this week is it. I resolve to increase the pushups on D1 and D2 to build up the push up stamina as clearly that is where most time is being consumed.

L3.5D1: 31rds (10 seconds over 20m), L3.5D2: 05:50, L3D3: 04:45
Pull ups: 33, 10, 5
Push ups: 17, 5, 5, 3, 3
Squats: continuous

Hurray. I made it to L4! I took noticeably less time off between the sets on D3. I increased the pushups to 4 in D1 sets and 12 in D2 sets and I am not sure if that helped me with D3. Or it could just be the natural, uneven improvements in performance I have been observing for the past 6 months.

Week 22 (Week 1 of L4) ending 10/16/13
L4D1: 31rds (10 seconds over 20m), L4D2: 08:02, L4D3: 08:23
Pull ups: 36, 12, 6,6
Push ups: 15, 5, 5, 4,4,3,3,2
Squats: 26,9,6

I took the first week easy. I usually do 10 rounds on D2 and 3 rounds on D3, but I only did the recommended this time. D3 time is exactly the same as the L3D3 time on the first week of L3. I may be looking between 9 to 12 weeks to move to L5.

Lost a few days due to sickness, hence the weakness on L4D1.

Didn't do SF for two weeks. The good thing is that I lost 1.5 lbs. The bad thing is that I lost a lot of strength. I did only the recommended set D2 and only two sets on D3. I was ready to vomit after second set on D3 which never happened in the last 3 months :)
