Just found this site today and completed Day 1 Level 1. Completely dig this format and approach to fitness! Simple question, do you advance to the next level when you can do all the required exercises in a row under 5 minutes, or under 5 with breaks? Specifically, I can do the level 1 day 3 circuit under 5 no sweat, but I can't do 10 pull-ups in a row (I break between sets of 5). Opinions? Move to next level when I can do 10 uninterrupted pull-ups, or move on taking breaks between but still under 5 minutes?
The progression standard is only applied to the day three workout. Day 1 and 2 have a time component, but just try to beat your own reps / times on those days to ensure you are improving your strength and endurance.
