Hello everyone... I just completed day 2 @ lvl 3. However, on this last round i was unable to complete 10 press ups in one set. Are you meant to complete all the reps for each exercise in one set? or is it similar to day 3? where by you simply have to complete the stated amount, among as many sets as you want.
My understanding is that day 2 is a strength day. The time it takes to complete is simply however long it takes you to complete each round. If you need to break up the sets, then your time will reflect that. It's fine to take your time with each rep and round. Just try to improve regularly and the program will work. Ideally you will be able to complete all the push ups in one attempt eventually at your current level.
