40 pullups, 80 pushups 80 squats
So I am very happy about this time. I knocked 1 minute 10 seconds off and I cannot be happier. I was able to string together 30 pullups for my first set than 3,3,2,2 sets. For my pushups my arms were pretty smoked so I eaked out 35 pushups and did sets of 5 the rest of the way this was probably took up the most of my time. and then the squats I was able to do 45 before I was gasping and my legs filled up with lactic acid. I finished out my squats with 2 sets of 10 and a final one of 15. All and all it was a brutal workout and then I went on a 2.5 mile walk with the family, it was a great day.
