So I have been feeling under the weather the past 2 weeks so I took a break. I just started working out again so it very demoralizing lol. so lets get these workouts posted.

40 pullups, 80 pushups, 80 squats
So after my two week break this workout sucked. But on the plus side I was able to at least finish it. I was still feeling sick during the workout so I am sure that did not help. Whatever though onto the next workout.
84 pullups, 168 pushups, 252 squats
This workout went well in my opinion after a 2 week hiatus and feeling sore from the previous workout I pushed through the mental part and finished the workout. honestly I thought I was only going to be able to get about 10-15 rounds and I surprised myself. I will be traveling next week for 2-3 weeks so hopefully I can find a place to workout and I have a PT test for the Air Force in that time frame, time to see how all this working out has paid off.
