Found this site decided to give it a go and reach level 8. I'm starting from level 1, after a lot of years of weight training I found that I suck at pull ups, and having small children the available free time in my life is at a minimum. This fits nicely into my life and my suspicion that you don't need a hell of a lot in terms of equipment or movements to get phenomenal results with your training. Years of belonging to the cult of the bench press and powerlifting style training has left me stiff and with a lot of imbalances. My goals with this are to maintain my muscle mass, shed bodyfat and reach level 8.
