My yesterday taekwondo class wasn't the usual fitness class, so no tiredness from then. That should explain some of the faster time. Guess I'm moving to L5 next week.

Had a surprise strength class yesterday in Taekwondo, so I'm relatively sore today. Still managed good times though.

Those last 5 pull-ups murdered my arms, and took ~3 of the minutes to do including the resting necessary.
