One suggestion for improvement: I believe it would be great for motivation to have a detailed overview of the past performance. I imagine a system, like you would use on paper anyway, where you designate certain days of the week for the different sections (strength, judgement etc.). The app would then track whether you do the exercises on the designated days. You could even include a badge or point system to improve motivation. I believe these kind of hacks are the key to prolonged motivation (for some people at least). Freeletics uses this approach heavily and it seems to be working out for them.
