Male, 44 years old, 5'7", 174 lbs, 35" waist

Day 1, Level 1: 41 sets

Pull ups have been the center of my workout over the last year with overhead presses, push ups and squats thrown in. I'm up to 9 on the first set, so I thought I was going to breeze through day 1. I even thought about skipping to level 2 or 3 to start, but I downloaded the app and couldn't figure out how to do it, so I stuck with day 1. I am glad I did. It was hardcore. I was really sweating it up during the workout. The air squats really got me. Doing the math, I did 123 squats in 20 minutes. when I was done, my legs felt like jello and I had a hard time walking down the stairs. I wonder how sore I will be tomorrow morning.
