D3L3 - 2:32

Couldn't do the 16 pull-ups straight through, was able to make it to 13 and then took like a 10 second break (to build up the strength for those last 3). Push-ups were a little difficult as well. Not sure if I should do another week at this level or move on to level 4. Thoughts?

I decided to redo level 3 this week, so here are the results. I'm glad I redid because now I feel VERY strong and solid. AND I was able to improve my score!

L3D3 - 1:57

Was able to do the 16 pull-ups straight through, so I'm glad about that. I'm also revamping my diet (bought some pistachios and boneless chicken breast) to help slim off the small gut that I have.

I'm seeing HUGE results though! I have soo much more definition than I've ever had, my back is starting to look like the guys from 300, not to mention the newfound rip in my arms and shoulders! I just need to step up the diet a little and add some more abdominal work ...

On to level 4!

L4D1 - 33 Rounds

Totals: 66 pull-ups, 132 push-ups, 198 squats

I'm thinking of adding an additional abdominal workout on my off days (I already do one after my simplefit workout), thoughts?

I'm not sure about adding an extra workout, unless it is some cardio. However, it's time for L5 for you it seems, good work!

I read somewhere that you really can't overwork the abs. I don't necessarily believe this, but I work them often.

I do planks whenever I watch the tube.

L5D1 - 25 Rounds

It was a tough one, I think I might have to redo this level again next week. By the time I hit the 25th round, I still had a minute left but was too pummeled to attempt any more.

Totals: 75 Pull-ups, 125 Push-ups, 200 Squats

Wow, I'm sweating profusely! I feel and look great though! Cheers!

Hi !

Totals: 75 Pull-ups, 125 Push-ups, 200 Squats

I remember the first time I calculated the totals like you did above...
I was like "Hmmm, wait a second, I just did more than 50 pullups ?!?!".

Congrats on the 25 rounds at L5D1 by the way !!!

L5 is *hard*
