Hey just had a quick question.I have started following the Abs diet.It seems to amke sense to me.Th only problem I have is that I am a runner.At the moment I am running 35 miles a week,but i will shortly be up to 50plus a week or more.Other then the whole grains like bread there isnt really a lot of other carbs to eat on the diet.I love eating Organic Whole Wheat Couscus and Whole Wheat pasta but nothing like this is listed on the diet.
Any suggestions
