I tried that but it's a different workout that uses squats with a bar or something. Not the real thing

L5D2 - 4:18
Small improvement over last time, nice to see. It's hard to gain much time on this exercise, without breaking form.

Holy crap. I just blasted through this as hard as I could, no mercy!
I got sick of level 5.
I most likely did not have perfect form for all the reps though, which I feel bad about.

I decided to do the optional workouts for level 5 once more before I move on to level 6.
L5D4 - ~ 8 minutes
I screwed up the timing on this one.
I was able to get into the hand-stand push-up position with ease, and I was able to create a small amount of motion. It felt awesome. Can't wait to get a full range of motion going.

One-arm pushups are getting easier, still on my knees though.

The front of my shoulders were feeling strained today. I think they need a bit of a break, but the rest of my body is fine.
Any suggestions? Should I drop down to level 1 again for a week to let my tendons catch up with the rest?

I worked out outside for most of the exercises, so I had to cut out the last 20 pull-ups or I would have fainted hehe. There should be more days structured like this.
