Didnt get yesterdays entry in. So for 19 Jun 2007:
1/2 hour intervels on treadmill
-- lvl 6 at 2 min then lvl 8 at one min for sprints up to 1.5 miles. Lets see took me 14:40 or so. Not exact on this as I didn't write it down.
-- Then for the rest of the half hour walked till heart rate < 120 alternating sprints at lvl 9 for one minute.
Felt pretty good. No excessive fatigue. Lacking the lactate threshold except for the very last sprint. Even that wasn't too bad. Thinking Im gonna up the sprint level next week to one min jog then one minute sprint. And/or put sprints at lvl 9. I'll see how I'm feeling then.
