pullups in sets of 3 almost until the end.
pushups in 4 sets.
squats in 2 sets.

Most of the time was spent on pullups as usual...

I am going to try and go slower to avoid 'burning' myself at each workout.

The pushups are ridiculously harder after the pullups hey?

exactly !

but there's a clear decrease in difficulty : pullups > pushups > squats.

I am just starting to feel pushups are becoming difficult now, but I have struggled with pullups from the beginning :)

Squats also are challenging now.

27JUN2007-L3D2 : 3min38s

I am really focusing on form. I have been using the real pullups grip for the last two workout ( palms down).

30JUN2007-L3D3 : 4min02s

I will move to Level 4 next week before I go back to Level 5...

I feel stronger now with the "palms down" grip for pullups.

Thanks Kevin !

02JUL2007-L4D1:20 rounds

.. as planned...focusing on form and not pushing myself too far.

This attitude was triggered by my (re)reading these two hints recently :

# Speed should not come from fast movements but rather less rest between exercises
# Movements should be: slow, full range of motion, with good form

Wow  ... that was tough !

The new pullups grip is the main explanation I think. The pullups alone took me close to 4min ...
