Improve recoverytime

Sleeping 9 hours a night whenever you can will turbo charge your heeling, also we burn tons of fat when we sleep and enough sleep lowers insulin.

* insulin is the hormone that tells your body to convert carbohydrates into fat.

I need to work on that. I only get 7-8 hours on the weekdays if I'm lucky.

I forget what level of sleep HGH is secreted, however that is another reason to get a decent amount. HGH needs energy to repair the body, and hopefully, if one's diet is on target, will be using fat for that energy.

Sadly enough, I do not get anywhere need 8 or 9 hours of sleep.

Yeah lack of sleep is also associated with elevated cortisol and insulin levels, so getting a good nights sleep is a great way to burn the pounds off.

I have 10 month old twins and work as a school administrator. I'm sure everyone's job, family, responsibilities create obstacles in getting proper rest.

Enough said. I have adapted and take advantage of short relaxation moments of 5-10 minutes at work when I can.

2 weeks of simple fit has already given me a surge of energy throughout the day. I usually hit rock bottom after the kids are in bed and we get through the evening chores.
