Hey everyone. Just started Simplefit yesterday. I am 29 years old, almost 30. I am 5'10" and weigh 190 lbs. I have gained a lot of weight in the last 2 years . I hope this program will give me strength, endurance and change my current physique.
Day 1, Level 1 - 18 rounds
I was somewhat disappointed with my results, but I was really sweating at the end of the workout, so it must have been good!
I was able to do pullups during the the first 10 rounds, but couldn't do anymore. However, there is a machine at the gym that assists with the pullups. I put it on the lowest setting (50 lbs) and was able to do the last 8 rounds. Is this OK or do I need to stop once I am unable to continue with regular pullups?
Also, I was really being deliberate and paid close attention to my form during each round. Should I be less concerned with that and just try to do as many rounds as quickly as possible?
