First off, thanks Kevin for the great site. I just stumbled across crossfit.com 2 days ago and then read a post with simplefit.org in the sig.
I'm 5' 10", 160lbs with body fat in the neighborhood of 24%, according to healthcentral.com (http://tinyurl.com/rd8lk
) and the US Navy system (http://www.bblex.de/en/calc/navy.php
). I want to lose the gut and get stronger. My initial goal is to get that 24% down to %20 and then keep it going from there.
I'm really inspired by the positive community and DIY mentality here and at crossfit.com and I'm looking forward to seeing how far this goes. Wednesday morning is day 1 level 1!
