Okay, here's my progress so far:
Started last saturday with L1-D1:
17 rounds in 12 minutes, then had to stop because of elbow pain when doing pull-ups.
Monday: L1-D2:
7 minutes (Forgot to rest between the rounds)
Wednesday: L1-D3:
2:25 minutes.
Gonna rest 1 or 2 days, then I'll decide if I do L1 again to get my body used to being used, or if I progress to L2 directly.
