Thanks! Doing pretty good I think. And I feel good. Made a mistake yesterday. Strained my wrist while doing the elevated pushups. So I may have pushed too hard
Was kind of weird though. While I was seeing patients today I was thinking about how I may have screwed myself on the workouts and was kind of rotating my wrist. had a sudden crackin of the bones like you do when you pop your back. Immediately felt better.
So I think I displaced one of the wrist bones. Still sore but not as bad. Hopefully Friday will be good to go. Going to do the standard stuff and cushion my hands as I'm working on concrete until I can get my mats.
