I gotta tell ya - If I don't use the arms, I'll fall over!!!
I have difficulty with squats due to a couple of things. One is that, like most of my family (and a lot of taller people), I have slight scoliosis. My left leg is about an inch longer than my right leg. It isn't noticeable unless you are looking for it, or I am really tired. This can cause me major pain if I overdo the squats. I also have to really work on the "tight hip" issues related to the psoas and all of the pelvic muscles (a side effect of the uneven length on the shorter leg).
I will post the video for analysis and opinion from people here. Any good tips will be tested. If you need to - pay attention to the comments/suggestions related to the video.
