ha!! fruit and alcohol!
Fruit juice is high sugar low fiber. It spikes ones insulin just like table sugar. Better to eat the whole fruit: fiber, phytochemical nutrients, antioxidants.
Alcohol: 9 cal / g (protein has 4, carbs have 4 and fats have 7). Of course we all like to indulge. Vodka is the purest. Beer is made from grains. Probs with EOH are high calorie, tend to drink it late in the day before bed with no time to work it off (gets stored as fat), and of course the consquences that come after the liquid courage effects.
