So I figure I will post my first week's food log and try to get some feedback on how good, bad, or indifferent my choices are. Almost everything is organic. I'm not working on an IF time frame. My meals are spread throughout the day. As a reminder I'm not looking to lose weight I'm actually looking to gain weight and just be healthier all around.
Breakfast - 9:30am
3 Eggs
Handful of Spinach sautéed with Onion & garlic in olive oil.
1 Peach and Half cup Blueberries w/ Cinnamon
Half cup of Soy Milk
Lunch- 2:00pm
6oz Mahi Filet
Cucumber Tomato & Avacado Salad with Sesame Oil and Rice Vinegar
Half Peach
Snack 3:30pm
Hand Full of Mixed Nuts (Walnuts Pecans & Almonds)
Dinner 6:00pm
4 oz Chicken Breast
Remainder of Cucumber salad from lunch
other half of Peach
Snack 8:00pm
Hand Full of Nuts
Glass of Pinot Noir <-- Good Bad Indifferent?
I felt full most of the day save between Breakfast and Lunch. I should of had my evening snack there.
