I'm JC, from Mississippi, USA. I am 16 years old, about 5'11", weigh 130 lbs. I run track and cross country for my school, and I have been for about 3 or 4 years. I run twice a day every day. I've run a 4:38 1600 meters and a 17:45 5k. I'm starting this simplefit training because I want to get a stronger upper body, because it really helps you get up those hills in Cross Country, and when your legs get tired, those arms and chest really can keep you going! I have 3 goals for my upcoming cross country season: 1. I want to break 16:30 in my 5k. 2. I want to win the state cross country meet. 3. I want to make sure that I'm always running for God and not myself. My dad told me about this website, so I am very excited about trying this all out!
