Yeah, they are MUCH harder than a "hack" pull-up as I guess I've been doing ...
I wonder if I should drop down to Level 3 and redo (start-over) with complete dead-hangs. (It is probably going to butcher my times and progress
Also, what do you guys mean when you refer to "kipping" (is that when you kind of kick your body to help you pull-up? I think I've seen this in some crossfit videos [especially during the muscle ups])
