late entry for 16 Aug 2007.
Ok took it easy on L4D2. I was gonna do the pullups with 10lbs. OHS with 45lbs. and elevated pushups, but didn't want to strain the back again. Just did a straight run as little rest as possible.
First set was pullups with 10lbs.
all pushups were elevated
first set of squats were with 45lbs. bar. OHS. That crap is tough.
Talk about huffin and puffin. But I felt good. The pullups and pushups really feel stronger. Really want to incorporate the OHS into it.
