When I FIRST start off, I can manage 5 minutes at a stretch, but from then on, i just can't seem to repeat it. So, I can only do it once. So far.

My time was 45:48. A leisurely 15 minute mile. But at least I finished. I even sprinted on the last bit.

Maybe I really really should try waking up EARLY in the morning, and using that time as well. Might halp me get in shape that much faster.
