Good work!

2.5 minutes is an accomplishment.

L1D2

5 rounds of:-
5 x 30 degree pullups
5 x pushups to my 12 inch step
5 x one legged squats each leg
1 x 20-25 sec plank
2 songs of DDR

Didn't bother timing. Had to break the pushups into 3,2 after I nearly faceplanted on the first round (broken teeth wouldn't be a good look for me). Also the one legged squats were with the other toe down for balance, and to about parrallel)

Also another 1/2 hour or so of DDR for fun!

If only it was Day2 everyday!

L1D3 30 bodyrows, 63 pushups to desk, 21 squats 9.26 min

Same as last two weeks except my time is down another 90 secs or so off my time last week 8)

Whoo Hoo, I feel like I'm making progress again! I'm thinking its my Day 2 workouts of 5x5 on the pushups and rows that is making the difference.

I seem to be taking my rest week a week early  We are busy trying to buy our first house (as an investment to rent out) and all the research and phone calls is making my head spin.

So to clear the head today and at least get something in I did 3 rounds of
5 x 30 degree bodyrows
5 pushups to step
5 one legged squats on each leg
Planks.

And 40mins or so of DDR.

That's good! You've really got some lower body strength!

Hey Bec! Is buying a house in Australia as convoluted as here? We have tons of ridiculous paperwork and fees and wheeling and dealing.

Good work on the alternate workout!

Yes VBM I suspect buying a property is a real pain everywhere! I think solicitors and realestate agents get together and make up half the stuff just to confuse us, oh yeah and the banks! Guess they've gotta make money out of it somehow

We only started looking about a month ago and I was researching several towns but we came across one we wanted fairly quickly so it all seems to be moving fairly fast. I'll just be glad when its all over and done with, I've got paperwork spread all over the house at the moment.

Taifun -re the lower body strength, I should have mentioned that I am doing my one legged squats with the other toe on the ground for balance and only going to about horizontal or a bit below, so not all that impressive. I think most of us start off with more lower body strength than upper anyway, especially the fairer sex.
