L2D2
16m30s

3 minute rest between each round.

1 - 47s to complete
1 - 48s to complete
1 - 48s to complete
1 - 53s to complete
1 - 57s to complete

A note: this is the longest run I've had with a workout program since I was practicing v'ball in college. Not bored yet! I have a rest week coming after the next workout. Look forward to the results it gives me.

Thanks taifun.

Did you see my declaration about your name?

I will say it with an umlaut.

You may say it in whatever way you would like.

(meaning, I have no idea what you are on about)

Umlaut makes the "u" sound like "oo"

Typhoon. :D

Ah, in which case, you're correct, taifun is a norwegian/germanic word for typhoon :!:

Well - I guess my intuition was working.

Initially I was saying "tai" - "fun"

URGH!

L2D3 Time to complete somewhere around 8:30.

13 pullups
Reps - Rest
2 - 20s
2 - 20s
2 - 30s
1 - 1m
2 - 30s
1 - 1m
2 - 20s
1
26 pushups
10, 6, 4, 6
26 squats - using Tonia's method (hand's on head)

Total - rest = 8:30-4:00 = 4:30

Thoughts: I need the rest week! I am on an antibiotic for a sinus infection so I feel kinda sapped. I read that antibiotics are a magnesium thieves (just used spell-check  ) and I know they hurt flexibility so I blame my numbers on that and lack of sleep last night (baby with a cold).

I wanted to do D3 anyway and knew my numbers would be lower. I am not let down by this. In fact, I have plans for my rest week. I am going to do flexibility work as often as possible. Since I am on the antibiotics for a few more days - GTG is out. I have some hip flexibility issues to concentrate on, so this is good.

Have any of you every used ART (active resistance therapy - I think)?
