Ok strange workout today. Did a one mile run on a dirt road I found. Brought my Etrex (Garmin) GPS to measure.

Started at Point A ran to Point B which should have been 0.5 miles.

Ran back to Point A and the GPS showed I had another 0.1 to run?!?!
So I guess the accuracy is off by a bit. Anyway regardless I completed the "GPS mile" with a 20lbs vest again.

Nice!

A bit more fun to run in "unknown territory"?

L4D1

25 rounds..

2 less but I changed a couple things. Went a bit slower on pushups and squats getting a fuller pushup and squat.

Overcounted a set of pushups which messed me up and I lost count of rounds but I'm fairly sure it was 25 because of the way I do hand placement for each round.

Anyway, still a little frustrated from a long day so I did a one minute round on the heavy bag then tried some L's...

Anyone remember that song where the guy goes "Wipe out!" then a bunch of cruel laughter... Beach Boys I think...
That's me wiped out heh.

Ok had to go check my GPS on a previous track I recorded with my vehicle to be sure the GPS was working. Came out to be the same distance so not sure what happened the other day. Anyway

1 mile run
20 lbs. vest

09:13

ran on asphalt and I think I ran slower cause of the harder surface.

Ok been a screwy couple days. Got a nice episode of nausea and vomiting. Slept a lot. Finally felt good yesterday and tried L4D2 today. Not too bad I guess. Reduced the rest time mostly to two minutes.

Anyway,

20 lbs. vest

Keep going! You're about half-way to cross-fit land! Then we'll start a 'Caleb' club!
